Terms of Use and Disclaimer

In accordance with the provisions of the Iraqi Civil Code No. (40) of 1951 (as amended) and the Electronic Transactions Law No. (78) of 2012, the second party (the beneficiary) fully and unconditionally agrees to the following terms and conditions and acknowledges that Design Center Office bears no legal, financial, or technical liability beyond the scope of services defined below:

First: Scope of Service

The commitment of Design Center Office is limited exclusively to providing the following services:

1. Domain name registration.
2. Web hosting services.
3. Creation of an official email account.

These services are provided exclusively to Iraqi citizens holding Iraqi nationality.

Second: Limitation of Liability

1. After the delivery of login credentials for the website and official email, full responsibility for management, operation, and maintenance is transferred to the beneficiary.
2. The beneficiary bears sole responsibility for the following:

● Managing and updating website content.
● Protecting accounts and passwords.
● Performing regular data backups.
● Ensuring accuracy and integrity of published information.

Design Center shall not be held liable for any negligence, misuse, or operational issues caused by the second party.

Third: Technical Support

1. The office provides free technical support for one year only, starting from the date of project delivery.
2. Technical support is limited exclusively to hosting and email issues (sending and receiving).
3. Support does not include programming work, development, design or content modifications, or website reconstruction.

Fourth: Published Content

1. All texts, images, and data published on the website are the exclusive property of the beneficiary and reflect their own views.
2. Design Center Office bears no legal, criminal, or financial liability toward any official or non-official entity regarding this content or its consequences.

Fifth: Unlawful Use

1. The second party undertakes not to use the website or email for any activities that violate the laws or regulations of the Republic of Iraq.
2. The office reserves the right to:

● Immediately suspend or terminate service without prior notice in the event of proven illegal use.
● Claim compensation for any material or moral damage resulting from such misuse.

Sixth: Disclaimer of Liability

The second party acknowledges that Design Center Office is exempt from:

● Any legal or financial responsibility.
● Any claims or compensations resulting from the use of the website or email.
● Any direct or indirect damages caused by negligence, misuse, or technical failures beyond the office’s control.

Seventh: Additional Services

Any additional services, development, or maintenance requested after the end of the free support period shall be subject to a new written agreement between the parties, clearly defining costs, timelines, and obligations.

Eighth: Acceptance and Commitment

The use of Design Center Office’s services by the beneficiary constitutes explicit and unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated in this document.
The office reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the services after such amendments shall be considered implied acceptance of the updated terms.
